Private House of Prayer
Leslie Weatherhead, Methodist minister, wrote one of the finest books to be found in Christianity: The Christian Agnostic. Written some 60+ years ago, it has an amazing hold on today’s reader, and I hope you will do all you can to locate a copy for yourself. Also of interest is an excerpt from Weatherhead’s Private House of Prayer that can be found here.
