As you'll discover, we have a great library of things to investigate, as well as the freshness of a blog for lessons, reflections, rambling thoughts and more.
I hope you'll enjoy the journey!

Thought i would mention an awesome (and I don’t use that word often) book is “Essential Writings of Christian Mysticism” by Bernard McGinn.
I have read it twice and refer to it constantly.
Have bookmarked your website and will visit when i have more time to study & ponder all the helpful materials you are providing.
Thank you for your time.
I feel that meditation is a function of a human being. Meditation works because of who we are and how we were created. That is why you find meditation traditions in all religious traditions of all times.
I think it is so silly for Christians to reject or fear meditation as demonic or only ‘eastern’. It is your focus in meditation that determines its result and outcome, not the technique itself.
Meditation goes back much further than the 4th century and is found in bot the new and old testaments as well.
As a Christian Mystic I am so very glad to see our message is being spread, the Bible and the teachings of The Christ have been inaccurately portrayed for too long and so many have suffered unduly because of it. The less said and thought the better, for the DIVINE guides us by intuition and “gut feel” helping us to manifest the Christ within us, too many words and thoughts obstructs the message. I also incorporate the Buddhist chant OM in my daily rituals (becoming more and more routine) as I feel it centers me and helps me to connect.
